DESCRIPTION / INSTRUCTIONS

Note that Rose oil discussed here is theherbal - infused oil and is different than Rose essential oil.

Making essential oils requires more sophisticated technology and loads of plant material. Herbal - infused oils are simple to make and are quite medicinal in nature. The aroma is generally much more gentle than that of an essential oil.

How to make homemade dry rose petal infusion:

To make Rose oil at home, collectfresh Rose flowers, separate the petals and sun dry till completely dry.

Now in a glass bottle, add the dried Rose petals and then fill it with oil of your choice.

Gently crush dry Rose petals by rolling them between your palms. This helps release their natural scent.

Place the crushed Rose petals in your jar. Pour just enough Almond oil over Rose petals to cover. Place lid on jar and let sit for 4 weeks in the dark pace. Sometimes take jar in a sunny window.

Do not forget to shake the container every day (or mixed with a glass spatula).

After 4 weeks remove Rose petals from oil through acoffee filter. Rose petals can be used in the bath.

After all procedure take oil into a dark glass bottle and store in acool place about 1 year.
