Golden Milk is an ancient Ayurvedic recipe used to detoxify theliver, increase cellular function, and to treat inflammation in thebody.

125ml - Water (it is about 1/2 glass)
3 -  big tablespoons Turmeric root powder
1 - teaspoon Black Pepper.

When you make your Turmeric masala we can learn how to make Golden milk:


500 ml - Coconut milk (it is about 2 cups)
2 - teaspoon Golden milk masala
1 - spoon Honey
1 - teaspoon Coconut oil

In a small saucepan, combine Cocconut milk, Turmeric paste over low heat. Heat until warm (about 5 min). Combine with one spoon of Honey. At the end of the process take a teaspoon of Coconut oil (it is a lubricant for joints).

Best used in the evenings (this drink soothes and relaxes the whole body). it is very easy to make this drink which has so many healing qualities.
