DESCRIPTION / INSTRUCTIONS

Located above the navel, the Third Chakra is called Maņipūra, the "Place of resplendence."

Associated with the color yellow, this Chakra is involved in self-esteem, warrior energy, and the power of transformation. It also governs digestion and metabolism.

Manipura is considered the center of dynamism, energy, will power and achievement, which radiates prana throughout the entire human body.

It is associated with the power of fire and digestion, as well as with the sense of sight and the action of movement.

The Solar Plexus Chakra governs the digestion and organs associated with digestion such as the stomach, small and large intestines, spleen, pancreas, liver and gallbladder.

The sense organs are the eyes. People with vital and balanced Solar Plexus Chakra have a strong and clear sense of self and self worth. They are confident, manifest their intentions, take responsibility for their actions and exert control over their lives.

Because of the connection with the digestive track, it is not surprising that imbalances in the Solar Plexus manifest in thephysical body as any of a wide range of digestive issues: frequent constipation or diarrhea, ulcers, diabetes as well as stomach, intestinal and liver problems.

The Solar Plexus is also associated with eating disorders such asbulimia and anorexia, food addictions and emotional dependence on comfort foods.

Distrust, anger and greed can be associated with Solar Plexus imbalance. These attributes are more outward in nature and more aggressive yang expressions of imbalance.

Most of the Solar Plexus essential oils clear negative energy and bring in positive, supportive energy. This includes many middle and base notes: fragrances that are heavier and unfold more slower than the bright top notes of citruses. Orange is cooling (more yin). It works on depression, lack of self confidence and nervous exhaustion which are more yin in nature.

Depending on the situation or intention, many other essential oils may be appropriate or even more relevant than these the Solar Plexus Chakra essential oils.

Classic The Third Chakra essential oils:

Put these mix oils (about 4 drops) in an amber or cobalt blue 10ml glass bottle and fill the the remainder of the bottle with a carrier oil (Jojoba, Almond, Marula).

Cover and shake gently to integrate the oils.

Use for inhalation. Or anoint yourself or rub into the belly.

After 6 month this mixture can smell better than first day, it depends how long we take a time to mix all ingredients together.

Essential oils need a time, and they will show us those real qualities.
